Personal Training Program

Personal training is one of the most effective ways to get fit and stay fit.

Our personal training services are offered at different times throughout the year, at very affordable prices.  

The services are delivered by 3rd or 4th year undergraduate or postgraduate students studying exercise and sport sciences or clinical exercise physiology. Students are closely supervised by either an Accredited Exercise Scientist or Accredited Exercise Physiologist, creating an environment where students are able to apply the technical skills they have acquired in the first years of their training while delivering a high quality service. 

The services aim to assist individuals who are not currently active to become physically active in a way that will enhance their health, fitness and functioning.
