The key objectives of the Project are to:
- To explore and deliver coach development support for Performance Pathways coaches to upskill their knowledge, skills and understanding.
- To research whether the coach development program supports coaches to fulfil their role.
- To research the efficacy of the coach education design and delivery for two discrete cohorts:
- Female Coaches
- Athlete to Coach transition
