This longitudinal evaluation research is part of an overall program of research entitled the Para START Program, which explores the therapeutic benefit of sports training (performance-focused swimming training) for people with high support needs. The nutrition component aims to understand changes in individual body composition and nutrition and dietary behaviours, with a particular focus on dietary patterns and food choices.
