Researcher biography
Alita completed her Bachelor of Health Science with a Nutrition major in 2013 at Queensland University of Technology. For the last 6 years she has been working as a clinical nutrition assistant at The Prince Charles Hospital. She has witnessed firsthand the opportunities and challenges associated with working in multidisciplinary teams to provide patient care. With a focus towards improving patient malnutrition care she decided to undertake research to explore the opportunities in delegated models of care within dietitian assistant roles.
