Submission process to the HMNS Ethical Review Committee
Submission must be made using the following forms and procedures:

- Ethics form (.41mb)
Applicants should follow the usual requirements of a submission to one of the central committees with the one exception that the Information Sheet is to include the following statement:
"This study has been cleared in accordance with the ethical review guidelines and processes of The University of Queensland. These guidelines are endorsed by the University's principal human ethics committee, the Human Experimentation Ethical Review Committee, and registered with the Australian Health Ethics Committee as complying with the National Statement. You are free to discuss your participation in this study with project staff (contactable on .......................). If you would like to speak to an officer of the University not involved in the study, you may contact A/Prof. Guy Wallis, the School of Human Movement and Nutrition Sciences Ethics Officer, on 3365 6240."
It is expected that the research student's advisor(s) will work closely with the student to complete the application form.
