The first 2000 days of a child's life, from conception to the age of five, provide a critical window of opportunity for shaping their long-term health trajectory. During this period, nutrition plays a vital role in supporting optimal growth, development, and overall well-being. However, the landscape of early childhood nutrition is a contested space with numerous voices vying for parents' attention, leaving parents in a challenging space to navigate through the vast amount of information. With the intention of alleviating some of these issues a national digital repository of evidence-based nutrition resources for children under five has been created - the Grow&Go Toolbox. This seminar will outline the creation of the Grow&Go Toolbox and the learnings gathered through the co-design process. Highlighting the nutrition resource landscape in Australia, identifying key pain points for parents and families, investigating the use of technology when looking for health information, and sharing the next steps for the Toolbox.
