Research biography

Trishan Gajanand has earned his Bachelor of Science, Postgraduate Diploma in Science, and Master of Science with First Class Honours from the University of Auckland, New Zealand. After graduating Trishan worked as a Medical Writer for Springer Healthcare in Auckland. He is currently a PhD candidate at the University of Queensland. His current research is in clinical exercise physiology and is comparing combined high-intensity interval aerobic and resistance exercise training and moderate intensity exercise training in participants with type 2 diabetes mellitus with particular emphasis on glycaemic control and central haemodynamics.
