Mardi Crain is an Accredited Practicing Clinical Dietitian with degrees in Arts (double majoring in Psychology), Education and Nutrition and Dietetics. She is currently working in radiation oncology in one of Queensland’s largest tertiary hospitals but has experience in delivering medical nutrition therapy across a range of chronic disease specialties including diabetes, cardiology, rehabilitation and bariatric surgery. Prior to becoming a Dietitian, Mardi had an extensive career in education and is passionate about supporting UQ students to become confident clinicians.Â
