Researcher biography

Ruth completed her Masters degree by research at Liverpool John Moores University in 2019. Ruth's masters focused on developing and cross-validating raw accelerometer thresholds in university students. Ruth is a current PhD student as part of the University of Queensland and University of Exeter (QUEX) scheme. Ruth's PhD will focus on identifying patterns of objectively measured physical activity and develop novel metrics for assessing the relationship between physical activity and health outcomes in young-old adults. Ruth presented her undergraduate dissertation at a national conference in 2018.
