Researcher Biography
Meg completed her Bachelor of Health, Sport and Physical Education with first-class honours at the University of Queensland in 2018. Following graduation, and in addition to beginning her PhD, she accepted a full-time teaching position at an independent high school in Brisbane, where she teaches Health and Physical Education and Science. Meg's interest in research developed throughout her undergraduate degree through her involvement in a number of summer and winter research scholarships, as well as her honours project which focussed on the links between Health and Physical Education and school leadership. Her interests in research have shifted towards the policies and practices that inform the participation of students with disabilities in Health and Physical Education. Meg is currently completing her PhD in this area.
