Samantha also completed a project as part of her community and public health practicum, which explored the use of a two-way text messaging service for delivering nutrition advice to older Australians living in the community. She has recently commenced her PhD research at The University of Queensland which aims to investigate the use of digital health strategies to improve the management of malnutrition across the healthcare continuum.
