Researcher biography

Elizabeth graduated with a Bachelor of Sport and Exercise Science (Major in Preventive Health) at Notre Dame University Fremantle, followed by a Masters of Clinical Exercise Physiology at The University of Queensland. Prior to commencing her PhD, she worked as an Accredited Exercise Physiologist and research assistant on a project looking at exercise adherence in breast, prostate and colorectal cancer survivors. Her research interests focus on exercise oncology, with an emphasis on the influence of exercise on health-related outcomes. Specifically, her current research is investigating how exercise can be used to promote health after gynaecological cancer therapy.
